At first take pst file from your outlook, for this follow the below instructions.
How to export pst file from outlook
1.Open outlook.
2.Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
3.Select Export to a file, and then select Next.
4.Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and select Next.
5.Select the mail folder you want to back up and select Next.
6. Choose a location and name for your pst file, and then select Finish.
7.If you want to ensure no one has access to your files, enter and confirm a password, and then select OK. Or you can save without giving the password.
8.Done
How to Archiving Outlook PST Files
1.Download and open MailStore Home.
2.Select Archive E-mail> E-mail Files > Microsoft Outlook PST File.
3.Select Archive E-mail Stored in a PST File .
- File Name : Browser your pst file from you device.
- Password,if needed: Enter your password of pst file.(If your pst file have no password keep it blank).
- Then click Next.
4. Click Finish.
5.Click OK.
6. Then double click on your profile name. Here double click on Microsoft Outlook(3).
7. Now you can see a window like this image.
8.After completing the above process you will get this pop box .
9. Now all done. You are successfully archived your email.
