Backups - This functionality allows you to download to your local computer an archive copy of either your entire site (your home directory, databases, email forwarders configuration, email filters configuration) or each one of the previously mentioned parts of your site separately.
If your account is more than 500 MB, the backup functionality can not be used to take the backup. Creating a full cPanel backup of an account over 500Mb requires a lot of system resources and effects the overall performance of the shared server. The integrity of such backups cannot be guaranteed.
Backup Wizard - This wizard allows you to easily create or restore a backup of your web site. The above features and rules are valid for this option as well.
